Two energy requests:

Bob interviewed a couple of weeks ago here at Michaels, and got a call back last week; however, he couldn't connect with HR. So he should be talking to HR today. Wish us luck that he actually does manage to connect with the HR person and gets an offer.

Also, Mom is taking one of her kitties in to be euthanized today. He's a gorgeous big (19 lbs) black kitty that got FIV, and Mom just can't keep him inside like she needs to. So he goes outside and gets into fights with other cats, which leads to abcesses and possibly infecting other cats. She claims that she doesn't care about him that much (he's not a real cuddly cat), but I can tell this is upsetting her.

OH, poor kitty. Poor Mom, too. That is so incredibly sad.

Best of luck to Bob!

I hope he gets a job that works for him (well, for both of you, really)!

Also, it's never easy to lose a pet, no matter how well the pet was loved or how the pet winds up going. :(

I'm sending vibes for both.
